摘要
高校养老保险制度不仅关系到职工个人的利益,而且关系到高校本身的改革、发展和稳定,更关系到和谐社会的建设。文章分析了高校养老保险制度改革的必要性和紧迫性,并根据当前高校养老保险制度改革面临的主要问题,提出了高校养老保险制度改革的相应对策。
The old-age insurance system of colleges and universities not only has a concern in the faculty＇s interest,but also affects the reform and development of colleges and universities,and even the construction of harmonious society.In the paper,the importance and necessity of the old-age insurance system reform are analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed based on the existing problems.
