PBL在不同专业开设的临床生化检验学中的实践探索

摘要 临床生化检验学是为疾病的临床诊断、疗效和预后判断等提供信息和决策依据的一门学科,是医学检验专业的主干课程。在临床生化检验学教学中引入问题学习法可以将理论与实践更好的结合,针对不同专业的学生开展各具特色的PBL,符合培养高素质复合型医学人才的要求。 Clinical biochemical ecsomatics is a major course for the students of medical laboratory specialty,which can offer the information of clinical diagnosis, treatment effectiveness evaluation and determination of prognosis.This article discusses the exploration and practice of the problem-based learning (PBL) teaching model,which has been applied in clinical biochemistry for different specialties.Generally speaking,PBL teaching model can enable the medical students to comhine theory and practice better.Developing PBL aiming at the students of different specialties with distinctive characteristics accords with the requirement of cultivating the highquality and versatile medical talents.
