糖尿病与血脂及载脂蛋白的关系 被引量：6

摘要 糖尿病和高脂血症是一种常见病，与动脉粥样硬化（AS）、冠心病（CHD）、脑卒中关系密切，是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一，导致患者死亡的最主要原因是并发心血管疾病［1］。2型糖尿病患者中约58％死于AS。而血脂异常在导致糖尿病并发症的发生中起着重要作用。为了探讨糖尿病与血清脂质的关系及对AS的影响，以确定糖尿病脂质代谢的早期指标，本文对76例糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂及载脂蛋白浓度作了检测，并与健康人群组作对照，现将检测结果报道如下。
