摘要
目的:了解我院降糖药使用现状及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法:对我院门诊西药房2010年一季度每周一口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)等进行回顾性分析。结果:我院2010年1季度门诊西药房口服降糖药销售金额排序前3位的是α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、磺酰脲类、胰岛素增敏药;DDDs排序前3位的是格列美脲、阿卡波糖、二甲双胍;格列美脲的DDC最低。降糖药联用处方771张,占总处方20.08%。结论:我院口服降糖药应用基本合理,新药用量呈上升趋势,老药仍占据相当地位。
To understand the current status and development trend of hypoglycemic agents use in our hospital to provide guidance for clihical medication.Methods：The weekly sales of the amount of oral hypoglyeemic agents, DDDs, average daily costs in the outpatient pharmacy during the first quarter of 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：During the first quarter of 2010, the top 3 rankings in the sales values of oral hypoglyeemie agents were in turn α-glucosidase inhibitors, sulfonylurea,insulin sensitizing drugs ;the top 3 rankings in DDDs were in turn glimepiride,acarbose,metformin;glimepiride had minimum DDC.The prescriptions with combined use of hypoglycemic agents were 771 ,accounting for 20.08% of total prescriptions.Conclusion：The application of oral hypoglycemic agents is basically rational.the new druz consumption shows incransing trend,the old drug still holds the corresponding proportion.
