摘要
目的:观察秦氏"头八针"为主针药结合治疗多发性硬化的临床疗效。方法:以秦氏"头八针"为主针药结合治疗20例确诊为多发性硬化的患者,治疗前后分别观察中医临床症状评分表、EDSS、MRI、复发次数等,以判定疗效。结果:秦氏"头八针"为主针药结合治疗MS总有效率为80%,治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后患者肢体乏力、麻木、疼痛、头晕、头痛症状明显改善,神经功能残障得到减轻,日常运动、情绪、精神、睡眠、精力、工作影响等6个方面的积分(P<0.05)明显提高。结论:秦氏"头八针"为主针药结合治疗MS在临床总有效率、改善症状、减轻残障,以及预防复发等方面疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qin′s eight head acupuncture combined with herbal decoction for treatment of multiple sclerosis.Methods：analyze and conclude the curative effect based on TCM clinical symptoms,EDSS,and times of recurrence,after collecting 20 cases of MS patients treated with Qin′s eight head acupuncture combined with herbal decoction.Results：Total effective rate is 80% and comparison between pre-and-post-treatment shows significant difference（P〈0.01）,which indicate effective prevention of recurrence,obvious improvement of symptoms like numbness,pain and fatigue on limbs,vertigo and headache,and alleviation of neuron malfunction（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of MS with Qin′s eight head acupuncture combined with herbal decoction are on effect clinical effective rate,prevention of recurrence,improvement of symptoms and alleviation of neuron malfunction.
