摘要
目的:建立小儿感冒宁合剂质量标准。方法:用TLC鉴别牛蒡子、黄芩苷和前胡,用HPLC测定黄芩苷含量,色谱柱为Agilent Hypersil C18(4.0 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(55∶45),流速1.0 mL.min-1,测定波长为280nm。结果:定性鉴别分离度好、重现性好、专属性强;黄芩苷线性范围为0.09824～4.912 g(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.97%,RSD=1.71%,精密度RSD=1.11%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.53%(n=6)。结论:方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To establish the quality standard for Xiao’er Ganmaoning Mixture.Methods：arctiin、Baicalin and Radix Peucedani were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determinated by HPLC,and chromatographic conditions was as follows： column of Agilent Hypersil C18（4.0mm×250mm,5μm）,mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.1% H3PO4（55∶45）,flow rate of 1mL min-1,and detection wavelength of 280nm.Results：The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.09824～4.912 g（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 97.97%（RSD=1.71%）,precision with RSD of 1.11%（n=6）,repetition with RSD of 1.53%（n=6）and stability with RSD of 1.67%.Conclusion：The method is reliable,accurate,specific and can be used for quality control of the production.
