摘要
目的:观察开泄复方治疗尿路感染热淋证的临床疗效。方法:将81例尿路感染热淋证患者随机分为两组。治疗组55例,以开泄复方治疗。对照组26例,西医常规治疗。治疗前后分别进行症状体征(含舌象、脉象)、实验室检查等检测。结果:两组临床疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状体征消失、实验室检查阴转时间比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:开泄复方具有清热利湿通淋的功用,功效优于西药治疗,完全可用于尿路感染热淋证的治疗。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang with added drugs in prescriptions in the treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods：81 patients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,55 patients were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang（decoction of Trichosanthes,Macrostem Onion and Pinellia tuber） with added drugs.In the control group,26 patients underwent routine treatment with Western medicine.The clinical symptomatic signs（lingual and pulse signs） and lab tests before and after the treatment were determined and compared.Results：There were significant differences in clinical therapeutic effect in both groups（P〈0.05）,and the differences in time points of disappearance of clinical symptoms and negative conversion of laboratory results in recovered cases were considered significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang with added drugs in prescriptions has the effects of clearing heat and eliminating moisture,and relieving stranguria,with effects superior to quinolones or cephalosporins,and therefore,it is perfectly applicable to the treatment of urinary tract infections.
