摘要
目的:揭示中药药性与功效的关联规则。方法:以中药性效为主线,结合中医中药基础理论,探究分析2005年版《中国药典》所载525味中药药性与功效的关联性,归纳分析药性组合群与功效群。结果:发现单味中药大部分药性组合与功效相统一,部分药性组合没有相对应的功效,部分功效没有相对应的药性组合;不同中药相同的药性组合与功效的关联符合一定的规则;不同中药同一功效对应的药性组合也符合一定的规则。结论:以中药"四气-五味-归经-功效"为主线开展中药性效关联的研究,全面阐述中药药性、功效的关联性,构建中药"药性组合群"和"功效群",方能揭示中药药性、功效关联的科学内涵。
Objective：To reveal the associated rules of the properties and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods：Taking the properties and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine as the main theme and using the basic theory of TCM and Chinese herbal medicine,the paper research the associated rules of the properties and the effect of the 525 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,which are recorded in the herbs of The 2005 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”then,induce and analyze the groups of the combination of the properties of Chinese herbal medicine and the groups of the effect of Chinese herbal medicine.Results：The results show that most of the single Chinese herbal medicine’s groups of the combination of the properties have the corresponding groups of the effect of Chinese herbal medicine,with part of Chinese herbal medicine’s groups of the combination of the properties having no the corresponding effect,part of Chinese herbal medicine’s effect having no the corresponding groups of the combination of the properties;as the different Chinese herbal medicine,The relationship about the same groups of the combination of the medical properties and effect comply with certain rules;as the different Chinese herbal medicine,The relationship about the same groups of the medical effect and the combination of the medical properties also comply with certain rules.Conclusion：Only taking ＂four natures-five flavors-channel tropism-effect＂ of the Chinese herbal medicine as the main theme to research the associated rules of the properties and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine,discussing the relationship of the properties and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine all-roundly,and building Chinese herbal medicine’s ＂groups of the combination of the properties＂ and ＂groups of effect＂,can we reveal the science knowledge of the relationship of the properties and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine.
