摘要
杏仁归肺与大肠二经,张仲景取其归经用治多种疾病。文章摘录了历代本草对杏仁的论述,总结了《伤寒杂病论》中对肺肠相关疾病证治方药的论述,并例述仲景根据肺与大肠相表里理论妙用杏仁的方药及杏仁的用法用量。
Almond belongs to lung and large intestine channels.Zhang Zhongjing treated kinds of diseases ingeniously on the basis of channel tropism.This paper excerpts expositions of almond from materia medica during past dynasties,summarizes the expositions of syndrome、treatment and prescription herbs for diseases correlated with lung and large intestine in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease and Miscellaneous Diseases,gaves examples of almond used by Zhang Zhongjing according to the theory of Interior and Exterior Relationship between the Lung and Large Intestine,as well as the usage and dosage of almond.
