摘要
各种产权结构的企业之间存在效率差异,影响着企业的生存命运,就如同生物界的自然选择机制。这种选择机制从数量上反映出各种产权结构的优胜劣汰效应,从规模上反映出其相对消长效应,高效率的产权结构获得生存和扩张,低效率的产权结构被淘汰、萎缩。
There exists efficiency difference of property right structure among all kinds of enterprises,affecting enterprises＇ survival destiny,as the natural selection mechanism of thr biosphere.This choice mechanism quantitatively reflects the balance effect of various property right structure,reflects the relatively siautiong effect from scale.Property right structure with high efficiency survives and expands,with low efficiency will be eliminated and atrophy.
