摘要
论文对我国与印度的煤矿安全生产情况进行对比,认为印度与我国同为煤炭资源、生产和消费大国,但煤矿安全水平明显高于我国,且已建立了有效的安全管理体系。研究指出,导致两国安全生产水平差距的主要原因,包括资源条件、企业国有化和产能集中程度、露天开采比例、安全监管和安全培训等,并提出了相应的改善我国煤矿安全生产状况的建议。
The paper focus on Chinese and Indian coal mine production situation in comparison, India and China are the same big country with coal resources, production and consumption, but India coal safety level is better , and has established an effeetive safety management system. The main reasons of two eountry safe production level are resource conditions, enterprise nationalization and capacity concentration, the proportion of open-pit mining, security supervision and safety training, etc.. Give out the suggestions for improving home coal safe production status.
