摘要
采用环氧氯丙烷对木质素磺酸盐进行环氧化改性。研究了环氧化木质素磺酸盐(LER)与线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的共混体系。红外光谱分析表明,LER与LLDPE之间存在的分子间氢键;SEM图表明,在相容剂作用下,LER均匀地分散于LLDPE基体中,并且形成一定的过渡层。复合薄膜中LER质量分数可达40%,薄膜的拉伸强度14.8 MPa,断裂伸长率102.5%。
Epoxy modified lignosulfonates (LER) were obtained by the reaction of LER with epichlorhydrine. Epoxy modified LER/linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) blends have been studied. FFIR elucidated the existence of an intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interaction between LER and LLDPE. SEM micrographs showed that LER particles were dispersed homogenously in the LLDPE matrix with compatibilizer and a transition layer was formed. The mass fraction of the LER in the composite materials could up to 40%, the tensile strength of the film was 14. 8 MPa, while the elongation at break was 102.5%.
