丙烯酸酯类加工助剂制备及其在硬质聚氯乙烯发泡制品中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用种子乳液聚合方法制备了核壳结构丙烯酸酯共聚物[PBA/Poly(MMA-co-St-co-FM-co-BA),PBMSF]胶乳,并考察了该共聚物的转化率、粒径大小及分布、特性黏数和平衡扭矩。结果表明,单体转化率高,无二次成核现象,最终乳胶粒粒径可控;获得的丙烯酸酯共聚物PBMSF的特性黏数高,明显提高了其与PVC共混物的平衡扭矩。这对于硬质PVC发泡制品的正常挤出过程是必需的,这种PBMSF加工助剂可防止泡孔的坍塌,满足工业使用条件。 PBA/poly(MMA-co-St-co-FM-co-BA), PBMSF, with core-shell structure was prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization. The transition rate, particle size, intrinsic viscosity and torque balance were researched. The results showed the monomer conversion was high. Threw was no secondary nucleation, and the latex particle size could be designed. Meanwhile, the intrinsic viscosity of PBMSF copolymer in chloroform was high, and the equilibrium torque was increased while blended with PVC resin. Extrusion of rigid foam was the most demanding PVC process in terms of melt strength to avoid a collapse of the cells. Finally, the PBMSF process additive met the industrial requirements.
