摘要
作者根据自身在实际瓶子设计过程中的经验,在现代计算机模拟技术的基础上,提出一种新的瓶子设计流程——基于有限元分析的瓶子结构设计流程。基于有限元分析的瓶子结构设计流程可以有效地减少修模和试模的次数,从原来的20个工作日减少到7个工作日,提高效率65%,节约时间和劳动力成本,减少资源的浪费;同时也确定了加强筋、瓶肩倾斜角大小、倒角尺寸等参数,摆脱以往以经验为主的设计带来的种种弊端。
According to the own experience of the bottle design process, with the foundation of modem computer simulation techniques, the author proposed a new process--the bottle structure design based on the finite element analysis which effectively reduced the mould-repairing and mould-testing times, from 20 working days before to 7 working days, and increased the efficiency by 65%, saved the cost of time and labor force, reduced the waste of resource ; meanwhile fixed the parameters of ribs, shoulder angle and chamfer dimensions, got rid of the drawback of the former design experience.
