编程控制器和龙门式双驱行车在电镀前处理线上的运用,从根本上改变了手工作业方式带来的效率低、前处理质量波动大及能耗不受控等一系列问题。改造后的前处理生产线可直接减少操作人员2名,产量提高50%以上,轮辋前处理合格率达到99%以上,蒸气消耗量减少10t/月以上,为企业带来了显著的经济效益。
The application of the programmable controller and straddle double-drive dolly in the electric plating pre-treatment completely solves the problems such as the low efficiency, quality fluctuation of pre-treatment; uncontrollable energy consumption, etc. brought by the hand operation. The reformed pre-treatment production line may reduce two operators at least, with the output up by 50%, inspection rate of rim pre-treatrnent up to over 99% and remarkable economic efficiency.
