由于怠速点、全开点工况的作用,零部件分别是低速系与主油系,相比部分负荷点来说较单一,所以较简单,读者可参考本文的思路,自行总结出流量不合格的分析指导图;堵塞2个油系的零件后,比较标准化油器与量产化油器两者的流量是否有差异,判断依据是:相对标准化油器的流量变化百分率≤相对规格值上、下限超差的百分率,则两者无流量差异。

The reader may read this article to self-sum up the analyzing and guiding diagram for the unqualified flow volume; after blocking the comports of the two oil systems, compare the standard carburetor and the mass-produced standard and see whether the oil flow volumes are different, the judging base is if the percent of the change of the flow volume of the standard carburetor ≤ the percent of the out of tolerance between the upper limit and lower limit of the relative specification, then there is no any difference between the two.
