摘要
经混酸纯化处理的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)负载纳米硒(Nano-Se0)制备纳米硒/多壁碳纳米管复合材料(Nano-Se0/MWCNTs,简称1),其结构经IR,TEM和SEM表征。以Fe(CN)46-/3-为探针离子,采用循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法考察了1的电化学性能。
The multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) were treated by concentrated H2SO4/HNO3 mixtures.The selenium nanoparticles/multiwall carbon nanotubes composite materials(nano-Se0/MWCNTs for short 1) was prepared by MWCNTs loaded nano-Se0.The structure and mopography of 1 were characterized by IR,TEM and SEM.The electrochemical properties of 1 were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectra.
