摘要
针对单绕组五相永磁型无轴承电机,利用多相电机多控制自由度,在转矩平面(d1-q1)和悬浮平面(d2-q2)内选取了合适的电压矢量,根据在两个平面内实时的反馈,按照给出的SVPWM算法和电压矢量的选择方式,可以唯一确定五相逆变器各个功率元件在该周期内的导通时间。区别于传统多相电机利用谐波平面空间电压矢量来实现改善磁场,提高功率密度以及提高电压利用率等控制目标,本文通过控制多相电机的谐波平面空间电压矢量实现了电机平稳悬浮。基于TMS320F2812的控制平台对一台五相无轴承电机进行实验,实验结果验证了所述方法的有效性。
Using the concept of multiple degrees of freedom in multiphase machines,this paper adopts an SVPWM control algorithm for a 5-phase permanent magnet type bearingless motor.The appropriate voltage vectors are selected in torque plane and suspension plane,and according to the prompt feedback in both planes and the algorithm proposed,the applying time of each voltage vector and the conducting time of power electronics devices are carried out.Conventionally,space voltage vectors in harmonic plane are used to ameliorate the magnetic field,improve the power density or obtain better voltage usage rate.In this paper,space voltage vectors in harmonic plane are properly selected by the algorithm mentioned to make the motor successfully suspended.In the end,the feasibility and effectiveness of the control algorithm proposed is verified by experimental result.
