摘要
对吐哈油田使用的抽油机减速器跟踪调查发现,双圆弧减速器漏油故障是抽油机最为突出的问题。从减速器结构设计、制造、维护、工况及环境等环节进行漏油故障分析,并制定解决措施。经过2a多现场验证,改进后减速器故障显著减少,降低了故障停机的产量损失。
According to study for gear reducers of Pumping Units in Tuha oilfield,the leaking of reducer is most extraordinary trouble.After analysis,5 factors were found,that is the reasons of the oil leaking trouble of Pumping unit on the structure design,manufacture,maintenance,working condition and environment.By 2 years field used,the leaking trouble of structure improved reducer have markedly reduced,and reduced the production losing for trouble stopping of Pumping unit.
