动力钳夹紧管接头时的静摩擦因数计算分析 被引量:3

摘要 对动力钳夹紧机构工作时的夹紧力进行了分析,指出牙板与管接头之间的最大静摩擦因数是在牙板咬合管接头的瞬间产生的,并提出了影响静摩擦因数的因素,为动力钳夹紧机构的设计提供理论依据。 After analysis of clamping force on power tongs,the paper points out that the max.static friction coefficient comes from the moment when dies bite fittings,and puts forward the factors that affect static friction coefficient,and provides theoretical basis for further design of clamping framework.
