基于EM9000工控机的热释光仪软件设计

摘要 本文介绍了EM9000工控机的性能特点,描述了基于EM9000工控机的热释光仪控制软件的功能设计及系统模块构成;阐述了发光曲线实时变换及显示难点的解决办法。实验结果表明,该系统测量效率和探测灵敏度较高,存储、读取数据方便可靠。 In this article, we introduce the performance of industrial computer EM9000, and describe the design and system function modules of the control software for the EMg000-based thermoluminescence reader. The solution of real-time glow curve transformation is discussed. The system has high measurement efficiency and detection sensitivity. It is convenient and reliable to store and read data.
