摘要
农村居民点整理是土地整理的一项重要内容,其关键之一是关于农村居民点整理潜力的测算。在传统测算方法的基础上,学者们进行了广泛的探究,提出了多种新的测算方法和思路,通过对这些测算方法和思路的分析汇总发现,目前农村居民点整理潜力测算方法存在有"4化"的发展特征,随后提出了对农村居民点整理潜力的程序化测算流程的思考,对于农村居民点整理工作效率的提高和操作性的增强具有参考作用。
Village land readjustment is an important element of land readjustment,one of the keys to it is the calculation of the potentiality.Scholars conducted extensive explorations and found that the calculation methods of potentiality of village land readjustment presents ＂four modernizations＂development characteristics based on analyzing and summarizing a variety of new calculation methods and ideas they proposed.And the thinking of procedural calculate process was put forward in this paper,which may serve as a reference to the village land readjustment to improve the efficiency and enhance the maneuverability.
