摘要
河北某化学公司产生的高浓度苯胺废水可生化性极差,废水处理难度大。采用动态微电解/生化法进行处理,处理规模为200m3/d。运行结果表明,当进水pH值为6~12、COD为20000~23000mg/L、BOD5为2000—3000mg/L、色度为500~600倍、SS为400~500mg/L时,处理出水pH值为6~9、COD≤100mg/L、BOD5≤30mg/L、色度≤50倍、SS≤100m∥L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978--1996)的一级标准。该工程直接运行成本为11.2元/m3。
The wastewater discharged from Hebei Huage Chemical Company contains highly concentrated aniline which is characterized by poor biodegradability and difficult treatment. The combined process of dynamic microelectrolysis and biochemical process is used to treat this wastewater, and the treatment capacity is 200 m3/d. The results indicate that the effluent pH is 6 to 9, and COD, BOD5 color and SS are equal to or less than 100 mg/L, 30 rag/L, 50 times and 100 mg/L respectively when the influent pH, COD, BOD5, color and SS are 6 to 12, 20 000 to 23 000 rag/L, 2 000 to 3 000 rag/L, 500 to 600 times and 400 to 500 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality can reach the first criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). The direct operation cost is 11.2 yuan/ m 3.
