摘要
广州市西江引水工程十七、十八标段DN2 400的钢管主要穿越河道、高速公路和道路、立交桥、绿化带、房屋等障碍物,约有2.8 km采用了泥水平衡式顶管工艺。重点介绍了这两个标段顶管工艺的选择原则、泥水平衡式顶管工艺的基本原理和工艺流程。与开挖施工技术相比,采用顶管施工工艺大大降低了征借地、青苗补偿等费用,从而节省了工程投资。工程实践证明,选用顶管施工是正确而有效的。
DN2 400 steel pipeline needed to pass through river, highway and road, overpass, greenbelts and buildings in the seventeenth and eighteenth sections of the Xijiang River Water Diversion Project. The slurry balance pipe jacking process was used for about 2.8 kin. The selection principle of pipe jacking process, the basic principle and technological flow of slurry balance pipe jacking process are introduced. Compared with the excavation construction technology, the pipe jacking process can ~educe the time for land requisition and the cost for land requisition and crop compensation, thus saving the pro- ject investment. The project practice shows that use of pipe jacking process is correct and effective.
