摘要
为制定吴茱萸的有效繁殖技术,扩大吴茱萸栽植种植面积,发展规模化种植,促进区域经济良性发展,在贵州余庆县吴茱萸药材GAP生产基地开展吴茱萸繁殖技术的对比试验。结果表明,根蘖繁殖选择30～35 cm根茎粗作为繁殖对象最为理想;速效生根灵浸泡扦插枝对萌发新苗具有显著的功效,且在一定程度上随着浸泡时间的延长扦插枝萌发新苗的数量也显著增多;0～5℃低温贮藏环境对吴茱萸种子萌发具有显著的促进作用,贮藏种子时间越长种子的萌发能力越差,贮藏种子的时间不宜超过12个月。
The comparative test of different Evodia rutaecarpa propagation techniques was conducted in GAP production base of Yuqing county to probe the effective propagation technique for expanding its planting area and develop its scale production for promoting regional economic development.The results showed that the optimum propagation material for Evodia rutaecarpa was the root sprout with 30～35 cm diameter,cutting shoots soaked with quick-acting rooting agent significantly promoted germination of new seedlings and the germination rate of new seedlings increased with increase of soaking time to a certain extent obviously,the storage environment with low temperature（0～5℃） had the significant promotion effect on germination of Evodia rutaecarpa seeds,and the storage period of Evodia rutaecarpa seeds should not be over 12 months because the germination capacity of Evodia rutaecarpa seed reduced with the increase of its storage period.
