摘要
为了研究玻璃丝棉材料力学性能特性,对材料试件在室温下进行了加载速率为2mm/min准静态拉伸、压缩试验,得到了材料的弹性模量及强度等力学参数。同时,为了掌握其夹芯板的性能,对单跨及双跨玻璃丝棉屋面夹芯板进行了真空加载试验,获得了其破坏形式及承载力等,为行业的设计提供了参考依据。
A series of quasi static tensile and compression tests on specimens of vitreous floss were carried out with speed of 2 mm/min to study its mechanical properties,and get some mechanical parameters as elastic modulus strength etc.What's more,vacuum loading tests on single and double spans vitreous floss sandwich panel were carried out to achieve its destroy form and bearing capacity,which provides reference for speciality design.
