摘要
以带钢卧式连续退火炉为研究对象,重点介绍了卧式连续退火炉的工艺及设备。通过分析工艺技术的发展,提出了加热技术的今后发展主要方向是提高加热速度,冷却技术的主要发展方向是高效冷却介质喷射冷却。在此基础上,阐述了卧式连续退火炉数学模型及其数值求解技术,指出今后卧式连续退火炉控制模型的发展趋势将是以传热过程数学模型为基础并结合神经网络专家系统等智能控制技术的复合控制。
This paper is based on a horizontal continuous annealing furnace,with an introduction of the process and device configuration of that.Through the analysis of the technology,the trend of heating technology is developing a new high speed heating method,various cooling technology will combined to evaluate the cooling efficiency,also the use of more effective coolant.On that basis,modeling of a horizontal CAF and detailed solving process are introduced.Combined intelligence technology control system of CAF based on mathematic model is future trend.
