摘要
网络环境下的大学生心理健康教育不能完全照搬传统心理健康教育的理论与方法,必须建立从中央、省(直辖市)到高校的三级心理健康教育网站,实行政府投资,分级管理,并围绕网站建设,培养出负责网络维护的信息技术队伍和负责网络的心理健康教育师资队伍,开展真正的网络心理咨询,实现大学生网络心理健康教育与传统心理健康教育的作用互补。
In the situation of intemet society, the traditional psychological theories and methods of health education will not completely have effect to university student. The three-tierd mental health education websites, namely from the national, provincial （municipal） to the university level is proposed. Government should invest for the website operated under the principle of decentralized management. The staffteams responsible for maintaining the network information and conducting the mental health education should be cultivated to realize the effective network psychological counseling. In this case, the network mental health education and the traditional mental health education will be relatively complemented each other.
