摘要
从新经济社会学领域"结构洞"理论的视角,探讨了在当前医学高等院校毕业生就业形势严峻的状况下,高校就业指导部门如何通过解决自身存在的问题,充分利用其人际网络和结构洞优势来获取更多更有效的医药类就业信息资源,从而不断为推动就业开创新局面。
In view of new economic sociology theory, namely Structural Holes, the university's vocational counsel department how to overcome their own problems and use the advantages of interpersonal network and structural hole to get valuable medical information is discussed in order to provide the effective guidance for the students' job-hunting.
