摘要
确立了一套检测水生植物中阿特拉津残留量的方法。样品经石油醚-二氯甲烷混合液振荡萃取,经硅镁吸附剂层析柱净化后,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测水生植物中阿特拉津的残留量。该方法在0.0625~1.0 mg/L范围内峰面积与阿特拉津浓度的线性关系良好(r2=0.9993)。在0.5 mg/L、1.0 mg/L、1.5 mg/L 3个添加水平下,植物样品中阿特拉津加标回收率为86.78%~94.87%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.74%~2.34%,检出限为0.001 mg/kg。该方法能满足检测水生植物中阿特拉津残留量的要求。
A method was developed for the determination of Atrazine residues in aquatic plants using gas chromatography (GC). The aquatic plant samples were extracted with dichloromethane-petroleum ether system and cleaned up by Florisil on a solid phase extraction column. The cleaned extract was analyzed by GC with ECD monitor. The linear ranges of the calibration curves for Atrazine were from 0. 0065 to 1.0 mg/L. The limits of detection of the method was 0.01 mg/kg. The recoveries ranged from 86. 78% to 94.87% with the RSD from 0.74% to 2.34% when spiked with standards at the concentration levels of 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mg/kg. These results showed that the method can meet the requirement of residue analysis of Atrazine.
