摘要
采用超声波提取、硅烷化衍生、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法,并以山梨酸和肉桂酸为双内标,建立了同时、快速分析烟叶中26种挥发性和半挥发性有机酸的方法。结果显示,所测定的26种有机酸中,工作曲线线性相关系数有23种在0.999以上;方法的相对标准偏差在0.87%~5.67%范围;回收率在83.5%~109.6%范围;方法检出限和定量限分别为0.33~8.27μg/L和1.08~27.55μg/L。该法操作简单,分析时间短,具有重现性好、回收率高、灵敏度高的优点,适合于批量、同时、快速分析烟叶的挥发性、半挥发性有机酸。采用该法对部分烤烟样品进行了分析。
A method based on ultrasonic extraction and silyl derivation coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for simultaneous determination of 26 volatile,semi-volatile organic acids in tobacco leaves,with sorbic acid and cinnamic acid as the double internal standards.The results showed that the method had wide linear ranges.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 0.87% and 5.67%,and the recoveries ranged from 83.5% to 109.6%.The detection limits and quantitative limits were 0.33~8.27 μg/L and 1.08~27.55 μg/L,respectively,which were much lower than the contents of organic acids in real tobacco leaves.This method was easy to operate,time saving,repeatable,sensitive,and was suitable for simultaneous determination of volatile,semi-volatile organic acids in tobacco samples.
