摘要
采用Diamonsil C18(2)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,测定了15批不同产地的槲寄生样品,建立其指纹图谱共有模式;采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"软件进行数据处理,聚类分析,建立槲寄生药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱。结果表明:以高圣草素-7-O-β-D-芹菜糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷为参照物峰,确定18个共有峰,相似度>0.7,建立了槲寄生药材的指纹图谱,可用于不同产地槲寄生药材的指纹图谱测定和质量评价。
Reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was used to investigate the fingerprints of Viscum coloratum.15 batches of Viscum coloratum samples from different areas were analyzed by RP-HPLC with acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(0.1%) as the mobile phase and gradient elution on a Diamonsil C18(2) column was processed."Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM" and clustering method were used for data analysis and fingerprint investigation.18 chromatographic peaks were identified as the specific fingerprint with naringenin 7-O-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside as the reference substance,and the similarities were all above 0.7.Based on the established fingerprint chromatogram of Viseum coloratum,identification and quality evaluation of Viseum coloratum from different areas would be processed.
