摘要 为研究燃烧室结构对柴油机性能的影响,利用CFD程序对不同缩口直径和深度的燃烧室内的气流特性、喷雾特性、燃烧特性以及排放特性进行数值模拟。结果表明,柴油机的性能与燃烧室的结构形状关系密切。缩口直径较小,燃烧室深度较深的燃烧室3能形成良好的气流特性,燃烧室内滚流强度保持较好,喷雾油粒的索特平均直径小,雾化效果较好,缸内平均温度和平均压力值较大,NO生成量最高,所以其排放特性仍需改善。研究结果为燃烧室的设计提供了依据,便于柴油机的各种性能均能达到良好的水平。 In order to research the effect of combustion chamber structure on diesel engine performance,using CFD procedures to research the effects of reentrant diameters and depth on the flow characteristics,spray characteristics,combustion characteristics and emission characteristics.The results show that the structure of chamber plays an important role to the diesel engine performance.The chamber 3 have smaller reentrant diameters and large depth,which can forming good flow characteristics,and it have better tumble intensity retention,the atomization effects was better because the Sauter Mean Diameter(SMD) of droplets was small.The mean temperature and mean pressure of chamber 3 was higher than the other chambers.The NO emission of chamber 3 was highest,so its emission characteristics still need to improve.The results provide a basis for the design of combustion chamber so that the various characteristics of diesel engine can reach a better level.
