摘要
新近用Ｂ９５－８来源的ＥＢＶ转化两个鼻咽癌家系的外周血Ｂ淋巴细胞，建立了永生化类淋巴细胞株。此方法转化效率高，第一个家系共收集其成员外周血７例，有５个转化成功。第二个家系共收集其成员外周血１０例，全部转化成功。为保存鼻咽癌标本资源积累了经验，并为深入研究鼻咽癌发病分子机理提供了有用的材料。
EBV from B95-8 cells combined with cyclosporine A was used to infect the human peripheral blood lymphocyte of two nasopharyngeal carcinoma pedigrees in vitro .Five of seven peripheral blood samples were transformed successfully in the first pedigree, all of ten peripheral blood samples were transformed successfully in the second pedigree. So 15 immortalized lymphatic-like cell lines have been established,which provide a useful material for further studying the mechanism of NPC carcinogenesis.
