摘要
利用状态空间平均法对70kW无源缓冲型软开关DC/DC变换器进行建模仿真分析,以获得优良的稳态、瞬态、动态等特性。首先,考虑变压器漏感以及输出滤波电感、电容等效短路电阻,建立变换器等效电路;然后,分析一个周期内关键部件电压、电流理想波形,绘出不同状态下等效电路;其次,描述状态变量方程式,进行平均和线性化处理,获得其在连续工作模式下的小信号传递函数;最后,按照其数学模型组建双闭环控制系统,利用MATLAB软件仿真验证数学模型的合理性。
For obtaining steady state,transient and dynamic characteristics,average state space method was proposed to the modeling and simulation analysis in DC/DC high frequency converter of 70 kW passive buffer type soft-switching isolated converter.Firstly,the converter equivalent circuit was established on the condition of considering the transformer leakage inductance,output filter inductor and capacitor equivalent circuit resistance.Secondly,analyzed the key voltage,current ideal waves in a cycle,and drew the equivalent circuits under different states.Thirdly,in order to obtain the small-signal transfer function in continuous work mode,the average and linearization method was to deal with the state variable equations.Last,double-loop control system was set up in accordance with the mathematical model,and MATLAB was used to verify the rationality of that model.
