一种新型苯并咪唑类有机电致磷光中间体的合成

Synthesis of a novel intermediate of organic electrophosphorescent material based on benzoimidazole

摘要 以邻氯硝基苯、4-溴苯甲醛和3-(9-苯基咔唑)硼酸为原料,经乌尔曼、还原、加成、环化、Suzuki偶联高产率地合成了标题化合物,总收率达76%,含量>99%。其结构经元素分析、1HNMR和LCMS确认。 A new important intermediate of electrophosphorescent material,namely,1-phenyl-2-[4-(9-phenylcarbazole-3-yl)phenyl]-1H-benzoimidazole,was synthesized by using 2-nitrochrolobenzene,4-bromobenzaldehyde and 3-(9-phenyl)-boronic acid as raw materials via a serial of reactions,such as the Ullman reaction,reduction,addition,cyclization and the Suzuki reaction.The product yield could reach 76% with its purity exceeding 99%.The product structure was characterized by elemental analysis,1HNMR and LCMS.
