摘要
目的研究根尖周病变Ｘ光片评估中检查者判断的可靠性。方法五位检查者先后两次对已作编号的２１７张牙片的根尖周情况归类。即判断为正常根尖或病变根尖。计算各检查者判断完全相符的例数以及每个检查者先后两次判断相符的例数。结果五位检查者判断完全相符的牙数：第一次检查为７０例（３２．３％），第二次为６６例（３０．４％）。各位检查者先后二次阅片完全相符率分别是１６３例（７５．１％），１４８例（６８．２％），１４９例（６８．７％），１４６例（６７．３％），１３５例（６２．２％），平均为１４８例（６８．２％）。结论根尖区结构的Ｘ光片评估中，检查者判断的可靠性不太大。检查者本身因素较明显地影响其判断结果。
Objective To study the reliablity of the judgement of
examiners in X-ray film evaluation on periapical disease. Methods To evaluate the coincident
rate and the variation of judgment, 217 X-ray films were classified respectively by 5 examiners
for two times. Results 70 cases (32.1%) were given the same diagnosis by 5 examiners in the
first classification,and 66 cases (30.4%) were given in the second classification. The complete
coincident rate of the results given by the same examiner between two times was 163 (75.1%),
148(68.2%), 149(68.7%), 146(67.3%) and 135(62.2%) respectively, and the average was
148(68.2%). Conclusion The judgment of examiners was not so reliable, and the self factor
obviously affected the diagnostic results.
