摘要
目的：分析放射治疗对中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法：总结１９９０年１月至１９９０年６月我院放射治疗的中晚期食管癌１６５例，其中病灶位于上段占１９．４％，中段占６２．４％，下段占１８．２％。结果：１，３，５年生存率分别为３８．２％，１０．３％和８．５％。结论：放射治疗对中晚期食管癌有一定的疗效，病灶位于上、中段疗效优于下段，剂量以６０—７０ＧＹ为宜。

Methods: Weshowed165casesofmiddlelatestageesophagealcarcinomawithradiotherapyin thehospitalfromJan1990toJun1990.Middlethirdsegmentofesophaguswasinvolvedin62.4%patients,respectivelythirdsegmentswerein19.4%and18.2%cases.,5HZResults: The1,3and5yearsurvivalratewere38.2%,10.3%and8.5%inallcasesaftertreatment. Conclusion:Itisconcludedthatradiotherapyintheupperandmiddlesectionoftheesophagusisbetterthanthatinthelowersection.Thetotaldoseof60-70GYissuitable.
