摘要
论述了在禀赋阴精不足的易感体质下,感受燥邪或六淫之邪化燥,以及内伤耗精伤液化燥均是干燥综合征(SS)的病因。随着SS病情发展,可损及多个脏器,但其本在肾,可出现津枯血燥,由气及血,瘀血生成,进而瘀血化燥,燥毒益甚的证候演变。
