摘要
本文介绍了水煤浆工业锅炉在杭州的应用情况。通过综合性的调查及热工测试,分析了水煤浆工业锅炉运行的节能、经济效益及水煤浆中水份对热值的影响等情况。找出了目前水煤浆工业锅炉运行中存在的一些问题,结合水煤浆锅炉及燃烧特征,提出了针对性的节能预防措施。以期对水煤浆的推广选用有一定帮助。
This article describes the application of coal water mixture in industrial boilers in Hangzhou.Analysis of the coal water mixture industrial boiler＇s energy saving,economy and the influence of water in the coal water mixture on the calorific value is given through comprehensive investigation and thermal testing.This article also finds out some problems in the operation of coal water mixture industrial boiler,proposes targeted energy-saving measures considering the combustion characteristics of coal water mixture boilers,hoping it can promote the use of coal water mixture.
