摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的螺杆泵井远程自动闭环控制系统,通过实时监测的电参数数据,利用RBF神经网络对电参数和油井动液面间的映射关系进行建模,实现动液面的连续监测。并根据其变动自动调整变频器,达到供排平衡,自适应的调整产量和效率之间的关系。这一控制系统能够解决低液量井低效运行和过沉没度运行的问题,与现场的实际应用环境能够很好的结合。现场应用表明,该技术实现了油井举升系统的供排协调生产,使油井始终维持在合理沉没度状态下生产,达到了高效生产、节能降耗的目的。为油田科学采油提供了一种切实可行的闭环自动控制技术手段,满足了采油生产过程和数字化油田对自动化控制的要求。
A new screw pump closed-loop automatic control system is introduced in this paper.Based on the RBF neural network,the model between real-time monitored electrical parameter and working fluid level is constructed and by means of automatic control of frequency converter,the relationship between production and efficiency is adjusted adaptively.The control system is able to solve the problem of evacuation and over submergence depth,which is adaptive to the application environment.Field application shows that this technology has achieved supply-discharge coordinated production of oil well lifting system and the goal of efficient production and energy-saving.It provides a technical means of closed-loop automatic control for oilfield scientific production and satisfies the needs of automatic control for production procedure and digital oilfield.
