摘要
南钢45号钢的主要问题是铸坯和轧材裂纹率高,轧材易在热墩或热墩后的机加工过程中出现不同程度的开裂。究其原因是由于钢中大量的氧化夹杂物使得其塑性、韧性及疲劳强度降低、加工性能变坏所致。因此,通过控制转炉终点碳含量和出钢过程温度以减少氧化夹杂物生成、增加软吹氩时间以促进夹杂物的上浮和去除、加强保护浇注以防止钢液二次氧化等措施,降低了45号钢中氧化夹杂物的数量,避免了加工开裂。
The primary problem of 45 steel in Nanjing Steel is high crack rate on strand and rolling steel which would easily have different grades of cracking when hot forging or machining after hot forging.The reason is that a mass of oxide inclusion in steel which induces low plasticity,toughness and fatigue strength,and finally has bad processability.Therefore,a series of measures were used to reduce the quantity of oxide inclusions in 45 steel and avoid cracking when machining.The measures included that controlling the content of end-point carbon and tapping temperature in BOF to reduce the produced quantity of oxide inclusion,adding soft blowing time to accelerate floating up and removal of inclusion,and enhancing protective casting to keep the liquid steel from being reoxidation.
