摘要
目的对我院门诊手写处方进行调查和质量分析,以提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2009年1~12月间的处方每日随机抽取10张,对抽取的所有处方逐一进行审核并统计分析。结果全年共抽查处方3650份,药品通用名使用率为98.46%;抗菌药物使用率为27.30%;注射剂使用率为16.59%;不合格处方率为16.88%;处方平均药品品种数为1.9种。结论通过这次处方质量分析,说明处方用药基本合理,其中的问题应引起医师和药师的重视,共同改进和提高。
Objective To analyse the quality of handwritten prescriptions in our hospital in order to improve the quality of prescriptions and to promote the rational drug use.Methods To select 10 prescriptions per day from all outpatient prescriptions in 2009,and to analyse them retrospectively.Results In 3650 prescriptions,ratio of use of generic drug names was 98.46%;ratio of antibiotics was 27.30%;ratio of injection was 16.59%;ratio of unqualified prescriptions was 16.88%.There were 1.9 drugs in one prescription evenly.Conclusion The qualities of all prescriptions were basically rational.And the physicians and pharmacists should pay more attention to the problems to improve the quality of the prescriptions together.
