矿物药大青盐中杂质元素的扫描电镜分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过对不同产地矿物药大青盐的扫描电镜分析研究,了解大青盐所含的杂质成分、杂质的含量及有害元素的组成。方法采用德国LEO1430VP环境扫描电子显微镜,配备INCA 200型X-射线能谱仪来分析大青盐。结果与结论通过扫描电镜能谱分析结果,大青盐主要含有氧、钠、镁、铝、硅、氯、钾、钙、铁、硫等元素,且不同盐中所含杂质差异较大;与大青盐伴生的化合物可能为钾、钙、镁、硅的氧化物,或含氧酸盐;也可能为钾、钙、镁的氯化物;同时也可能伴有钠的含氧酸盐。 Objective The content of impurities and harmful elements in halite from different places were analyzed by means of SEM.Methods The halites were analyzed by means of LEO1430VP Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy equipped with INCA200 X-ray energy spectrum.Results and Conclusion The results of SEM show that halite mainly contained oxygen,aluminmum,magnesium,sodium,potassium,chloride,silicon,calcium,iron and sulfur.There were great differences in the content of impurities in different halite.The concomitant compound with halite may be potassium,calcium and silicon oxides,or potassium,calcium and silicon sodium oxysalt,or potassium,calcium and silicon chlorides.
