摘要
目的了解江西农村药品"监督与供应"网络建设工作中协管员与信息员的监管力度及其绩效。方法用自行制定的评价体系对江西省93个县(市、区)的农村药品"两员"工作情况进行了现场调查与分析。结果 93个县的"两员"建设覆盖率达到100%,监管力度也达到了政府预期的目标。结论"两员"在农村药品"两网"建设中发挥了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the supervision and performance of assistants and information staff in rural drug supervising and supply in Jiangxi province.Methods An on-the-spot investigation and evaluation was conducted on ＂two officers＂ construction in 93 counties using self-made evaluation system with the aid of computer.Results The coverage of ＂two officers＂ in 93 counties was 100%.The force of supervision met the desired targets.Conclusion The assistants and information staff played an important role in the rural drug supervising and supply network.
