摘要
目的研究翠绿针毛蕨(Macrothelypteris viridifrons)中的黄酮类化学成分。方法利用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术对其提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别为:山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(2),槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(3),芹菜素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),柚皮素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),山柰酚(6),槲皮素(7),芹菜素(8),5,7-二羟基色原酮(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从翠绿针毛蕨中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To research the chemical constituents of Macrothelypteris viridifrons. METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH -20. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical propertities and spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-glucoside ( 1 ), kaempferol-3-O-rutinose (2), quercetin-3-O-rutinose (3), apigenin-4'-O-glucoside (4), narigenin- 4'-O-glucoside (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), apigenin (8) ,5, 7-dihydroxychromone (9), respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
