摘要
目的研究木蝴蝶种子的黄酮类化学成分。方法采用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为白杨素(1),黄芩苷元(2),千层纸素A(3),4′-羟基黄芩素(4),白杨素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),黄芩苷元7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),白杨素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(7),白杨素8-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),异槲皮苷(9),山柰酚7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),白杨素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸乙酯苷(11),刺槐素(12),去甲汉黄芩素(13),异鼠李素(14),高车前素(15)。结论化合物8~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the flavanoids from the seeds of Oroxylum indicum( L. )Vent. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel and Sephadex LH -20. MS, 1H-NMR,13 C-NMR spectral techniques were used for structural elucidation. RESULTS Fifteen flavonoids were obtained from Oroxy- lure indicum( L. ) Vent and their structures were identified as chrysin ( 1 ), baicalein ( 2 ), oroxylin A ( 3 ), scutellarein (4), aequinoctin (5), oroxin A (6), chrysin 7-O-β-D -glucuronide ( 7 ), chrysin 8-C-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 8 ), isoquercetin (9), kaempferol 7-O-β-D- glucopyranoside ( 10 ), chrysin 7-O-β-D-glucuronide ethyl ester ( 11 ), acacetin ( 12 ) , norwogonine ( 13 ), isorhamnetin ( 14 ) and hispidulin (15) ,respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 8 -14 were obtained from Oroxylum indicum( L. )Vent for the first time.
