经口/鼻面罩持续气道正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭38例疗效分析 被引量:2

Evaluation of the curative effects of continuous positive airway pressure by mouth/nasal face mask in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure

摘要 目的:探讨经口/鼻面罩持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭疗效。方法:将70例新生儿呼吸衰竭的患儿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用经口/鼻面罩持续气道正压通气(CPAP),对照组应用面罩吸氧。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.6%,对照组总有效率为56.3%,两组比较P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:经口/鼻面罩CPAP是治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭有效的方法,值得推广。 Objective: To analyze the curative effects of using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) by mouth/nasal face mask in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure. Methods: 70 cases of neonates with respiratory failure were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) was used in treatment group and oxygen mask was used in the control group. Results: The overall response rate in treatment group was 81.6% , and 56.3% in the control group (P 〈0. 05) . There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: It is a effective method to use continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) by mouth/nasal face mask in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure. And it deserves further promotion in clinical.
