补肾法对缺血性心肌病患者血ET、MDA、CRP影响的临床研究 被引量:3

CLINICAL STUDY ON EFFECTS OF TONIFYING KIDNEY METHOD ON BLOOD ET,MDA AND CRP LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIA CARDIOMYOPATHY

摘要 目的:观察补肾法对缺血性心肌病患者血ET、MDA、CRP的影响。方法:60例患者随机分成两组,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组西药治疗基础上加用补肾中药,服药前后记录心绞痛、心悸、气短等症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间,检测血黏和血脂的情况、心室重构指标及血ET、MDA、CRP变化。结果:加用补肾中药治疗后,治疗组血ET、MDA、CRP明显降低,心室重构指标明显改善,心绞痛总有效率为90%,心功能改善总有效率为90%,心电图改善总有效率为80%,动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间由(129.45±19.12)分钟改善为(39.55±8.77)分钟,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾法治疗缺血性心肌病疗效明显,能明显降低ET、MDA、CRP。 Objective: To observe the effects of tonifying kidney method on blood ET,MDA and CRP levels of patients with ischemia cardiomyopathy,discuss its mechanism.Methods: 60 cases with ischemia cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups,control and treatment groups.the control group was given western medicine,the treatment group was given tonifying kidney Chinese herbs on the basis of western medicine treated for three monthes.Respectively recorded the changes of clinical symptoms such as angina pectoris,palpitation and short breath,etc,ischemia ST-T changes of ECG,and the time of ischemia ST-T changes of holter ECG,before and after taking medicine;determined the blood viscosity and blood lipid levels;blood ET,MDA and CRP levels were tested by radio-immunoassay.Results: The blood ET,MDA and CRP levels in the tonifying kidney group were down-regulated obviously,the ventricle reforming indexes were improved significantly,the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 90%,the total effective rate of heart function improvement was 90%,the total effective rate of ECG was 80%,the time of ischemia ST-T changes of holter ECG was obviously shortened from(129.45±19.12)minutes to(39.55±8.77);there were significant difference between tonifying kidney treatment group and control group on these changes.Conclusion: Tonifying kidney can effectively treat ischemia cardiomyopathy,significantly lowering the ET,MDA and CRP levels was one of its mechanism.
