摘要
目的:探讨经阴道注水腹腔镜(THL)诊治输卵管性不孕症患者的围手术期护理。方法:选取98例输卵管性不孕症患者,对其在门诊进行经阴道注水腹腔镜(THL)检查治疗。结果:全部患者顺利通过手术,术后无脏器损伤、出血、感染等严重并发症的发生。结论:通过对输卵管性不孕症患者进行有针对性地术前护理、术中配合、术后观察等护理措施是手术成功的关键。
Objective To explore the transvaginal injection laparoscopic（THL）tubal infertility patients perioperative care.Methods Select 98 oviduct infertility patients in the outpatient clinic,transvaginal（THL）water check laparoscopic treatment.Results All patients passed surgery,no postoperative organ injury,bleeding,infection and other serious complications.Conclusion Through targeted for tubal infertility preoperative care,operative cooperation,such as nursing care measures were observed after the operation success.
